2.Machine Operator

Job Description:-
(a) Hands On Experience In Operating Of Cnc 3/4/5 axis machine and understanding of fanuc, Siemens&mazatrol.
(b) Knowledge on milling , turning, offset calculation, inspection of finished products etc.
(c) Knowledge Of 7QC Tools ,5S, Kaizen & TPM
3.Tool Design Engineer-Sheet Metal & Machining
Qualification: B.E/B.tech/Diploma
Experience:B.E/B.tech -2-10 Years

(a)Experience in Creating Conceptual tool designs for sheet & machine Shop parts using CATIA.
(b)Preparation Of details 2D tool drawing for manufacturing as per ANSI y14.5M .
(c) Knowledge in aerospace material ,GD&T, Fits and tolerance, manufacturing process.
4.Lead -Special Process
Qualification:B.E/B.tech
Experience:5-10 Years
Job Description:-
(a)Strong Knowledge and good understanding on special process such as surface treatment,heat treatment, welding & Electroplating.
(b)Spearheading special process Department-Ensuring establishing new process, facilities & making procedures .
(c)Sound knowledge on PEMEA , PFD , Control plan APQP ,and FAI Documentation.
5.CNC Programmer
Qualification:B.E/B.tech/Diploma
Experience: 2-10 Year for B.tech, 5-10 Year for Diploma
