. Promote a Positive Work Environment and Employee Engagement Initiatives
.Basic Knowledge Of SAP
.Draft recruitment Advertisements:- Post and Other Place ads in the most effective Digital Media and other Job Portal For Open Position
. Provide Advice to hiring manager regarding salary negotiation with final candidate
. Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting Candidates
.Collaborates with account manager to understand the needs and roles to be filled; create/review job Description For Vacancies
