Job Description:-

A Customer service associate manage customer concerns with the objective of maintaining of positive customer relationships with an organization.

Job Responsibilities:-

  1. Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes

2. Always maintain customer relationship by responding to inquiries,documenting action

3. Improve quality service by recommending improvement processes , identifying new products and services applications

4.Respond Promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person by telephonic or email

5.Established and maintain good report with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs

6. Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have
