Cnc Operator Job Profile:-
Operator is someone who operates computer numerically controlled (cnc) Machine to perform a variety of functions in order to attract a cnc Operator
Job Description For All Operators
. Studying materials and specifications
. Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
.Translating instructions in computer commands
. Setting and installing tools and attachments
.Calculating requirements
.Preparing and loading raw materials on the machines
. Conducting machinery checking on daily basis
Job Responsibilities For Supervisor:-
. Ensure before starting production activity on machine each operator has filled basic
.Study planning sheet and ensure each machine is loaded as per the planning given by the planning team
.Check and ensure that Setter has done manpower management effectively and efficiently
. Ensure Movement of row material and finished goods will be done on regular basis
.Check whether setter has kept ready all necessary tools and fixture before setting activity start
.Help Setter in setting activity if more setting have occurred in shift and setter are overstretched
. Complete all required documentation work before leaving the company premises
